Breaking the Autumn “Rule”

Monday, Aly and I broke “the rule.” As rain poured on the fog-shrouded land and water, we turned on our favorite autumn music, brewed hot drinks, and settled down to work on a puzzle.

Photo Play

While I still have a long way to go, I’m improving my familiarity with my fancy camera. I tend not to use it until I really need it, which leads to lousy photos. I’m trying to spend more time taking photos. Here are some I’ve taken around the “homestead” lately. Enjoy!

I set up a tripod in the living room to try to take close up photos of the hummingbirds that visit the feeders in our door yard. This one came out the best, although I need to work on focus . . . .
