Nice View from the Homestead on a Summer Evening

The Summer Solstice approaches, meaning that we’re approaching maximum daylight for the homestead. I took these two photos on Monday evening, just before 10:00 p.m.

In the second photo, you can see a medium-sized cruise ship headed south at the far right, just above the dark tip of our southern point.
